We're a family-owned commercial construction company with hands-on experience in ACT ceilings, drywall, framing, insulation, acoustical systems, painting, and flooring. Known for reliable work and professional results, we serve businesses, offices, and institutions across Kentucky.

Meet the Owner!

Michael Muncy

With decades of hands-on experience in commercial construction, Michael Muncy leads the company with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and client satisfaction. Under his leadership, the team has built a reputation for excellence in ACT ceilings, drywall, framing, insulation, acoustical systems, painting, and flooring. Michael brings not only technical expertise but also a down-to-earth, solutions-first mindset that clients appreciate on every job site. As a family-owned business, he takes pride in treating every project—big or small—with the care and attention it deserves.

Shortly after the challenges of COVID, in 2023, Mike Muncy had the idea to branch out and start his own company—an idea he pursued with the continued support and guidance of Kenny Isaacs. With Kenny’s encouragement and years of shared experience behind him, Mike took the leap into building something of his own.

Mike Muncy began his construction career working alongside longtime colleague and mentor Kenny Isaacs. The two quickly discovered a shared work ethic and a commitment to quality that set the foundation for their early success. Their partnership grew into the creation of a sister company, where Mike played a key role in expanding services, building client relationships, and shaping the company’s reputation for dependable craftsmanship. That collaboration continued for years, strengthening both companies until this year, when their business paths officially went separate directions. Today, Mike continues to build on the experience, values, and industry knowledge developed during those early years, carrying them forward into his next chapter in construction.

Today, Kenny still works closely with the team while successfully running his own company, maintaining the strong working relationship that started years ago. Meanwhile, Mike continues to focus on the core specialties that have defined his craft: ACT ceilings, flooring, ceramic work, painting, insulation, and framing. His hands-on experience and commitment to quality keep him at the forefront of every project, carrying forward the values he and Kenny built together from the start.
